Shipping

U.S. Shipping Times: Most orders are shipped in 0- 2 business days of receipt.  You will receive a confirmation email after your order is placed, and another after your order is shipped.  Because of our real-time inventory system, we aren't usually out of stock of something that you have ordered.  But mistakes do happen occasionally!  If we are out of something you ordered, we will try to contact you before shipping your order.  Please make sure you give an accurate email address and phone number so we can contact you quickly if necessary.

U.S. Shipping rate:  Our shipping rates are determined by the amount of your purchase. (See shipping table at the end of checkout).  We currently ship most orders within the continental United States via USPS priority mail.  

Extremely heavy orders will be shipped via UPS.

Satisfaction:  We want you to be 100% satisfied with your Self Stick Ribbon.  All orders are inspected thoroughly and packed carefully. We double check all orders, and pack them safely and securely. If a mistake is made in your order, or if your products are damaged in transit, please send us an email within 3 days of receipt of the order and we will resolve it.

Returns are accepted only with a receipt and a copy of your authorized email from us for a no questions asked refund, minus shipping, handling and a 25% restocking fee. To receive your refund you must contact our office within 3 days of receipt of order. All items must be returned in original, unopened condition.
